FAQ
What is your Turn Around Time?
Turnaround times can vary depending on the season, but I aim to deliver sessions within 2-3 weeks and full wedding galleries within 6-8 weeks. I always work as quickly as I can while still giving each image the care and attention it deserves.
What is Required to book with you?
I ask for a 30% deposit and a signed contract to officially book with me! Once those are taken care of, your date is locked in and we are all set! I also offer payment plans, so feel free to ask if that would be helpful!
What happens if you can't make it to our wedding?
This is extremely rare. The only reason I would ever miss a wedding is if something completely out of my control happened. If that situation were to occur, I would do everything I can to help find a trusted photographer with a similar style, although I am not legally required to do so. If I am unable to be there, your payment will be fully refunded.
What if I don't know how to pose?
No worries! That is my job! All you need is love for each other and I will take care of the rest! I guide you the entire time we are shooting, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know you throughout the process! I promise we will have fun, and I truly see my clients as friends, so I will be here for you every step of the way!
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I want to support you in any way I can. If something unexpected happens and you need to postpone your wedding, your deposit can be applied to a new date one time within a year of your original date, as long as I am available.
For cancellations, the deposit is non-refundable. The only exception is if I am the one who needs to cancel due to an unexpected circumstance outside of my control. In that case, your deposit will be fully refunded
Is there a limit on How many Photos do you return?
Nope, I don’t believe in limiting your memories. I send back as many photos as I can. The final number depends on what happens throughout your wedding day, but I promise I take a lot of photos and I never cap the amount I deliver.
Do you use photoshop?
Yes, absolutely! I want you to love your photos, so I always take care of any little distractions that might get in the way! Acne, flyaways, random people in the background, stains — anything that pulls focus from the moment. I do my best to clean those things up so your photos feel natural, polished, and true to you!
